Monitor Calibration - Need to reach real output

Monitor Calibration plays the important role in photography, print media and advertising field. These are the areas where the output should reach reality. Whenever we see any image on our monitor we should know that we are seeing actual colors of that image. This is totally depends on the monitor. Our computer or CPU gives original output to the monitor but output on the screen depends on how the monitor converts color definitions and display these colors on the screen.
When the monitor converts output definition into actual output on the screen, monitor changes the actual color definition and other color having slight change will be displayed on the screen. Due to which the user can not see the actual colors of the image and also can not identify the difference between the colors having slight difference in intensity.

The solution is “Monitor Calibration”. Monitor Calibration is the process in which we set the monitor to display image with actual colors. The technique involved in monitor calibration is to find the input of color for which monitor gives required output color. For example if the monitor displays white for light yellow then the calibrator sets light yellow to display white in its profile. Whenever we use this profile the CPU output goes through that profile. The profile converts the input color definitions compatible to monitor. There are various monitor calibration units are available in the market.
